Sourced from the leaves of the Brazilian Copernicia cerifera palm tree, Carnauba Wax T3 serves as a versatile ingredient with a high melting point and hypoallergenic properties, making it ideal for long-lasting cosmetic formulations. Its unique composition of aliphatic mono and diesters, along with cinnamic and hydroxycinnamic acid esters, lends it excellent film-forming and plasticizing qualities, thereby imparting water resistance and durability to products like lipsticks, eyeliners, and mascaras. Additionally, its oil-binding and pigment-wetting capabilities make it particularly well-suited for a wide range of cosmetic applications, from creamy eyeshadows to hair styling waxes.
